If we didn't build your site, we'll take a look under the hood first, so we understand exactly what we would be maintaining. If we have any questions, this is the time we will ask.

New page, small fix, a question about something odd you've noticed - you get in touch and we can discuss it.
We keep you posted on what's been done, and flag anything worth knowing about, so there are no surprises. As part of our check ins, we ask about any upcoming events so we can avoid carrying out any updates during this time.

Yes. Website hosting would be included as part of your support plan, running on fast, secure servers based in Europe - so you don't need to manage hosting separately or worry about where your site lives.
Yes - even new sites need regular updates and monitoring. Security issues and plugin conflicts can happen from day one, so it's worth having support in place from the start.
Reach out to us and we can investigate as an ad-hoc development task, where we'd identify the issue. Whether that's a hack, malware, or other malicious code and clean up the site.
Following this, we'd discuss the best next steps for onboarding you onto one of our support & maintenance plans, so your site is monitored going forward and far less likely to run into the same issue again.
Yes. We regularly take on support for WordPress, WooCommerce and PayloadCMS sites built by other developers or agencies. We'll get familiar with your site before taking anything on.
It depends on the issue and your plan, but we treat support queries with high priority so you will receive a confirmation that we have been notified of your issue and we aim to resolve as soon as possible.
A one-off fix solves a specific problem as it comes up. A support plan covers ongoing updates, monitoring and backups, so problems are far less likely to happen in the first place.
